We draw the full set from measured data — plans, ceilings, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, sections, elevations, schedules, transition details and weld details — then hand you the same geometry as a 3D model and a VR walk-through. Priced deliberately below the drafting market.
Distances that matter on site
Egress travel distance to each exit, occupant capacity by door width, duct branch offsets from the wall, fixture locations measured from a reference wall, and the equipment access route.
Transitions drawn, not assumed
Floor-finish changes, ADA thresholds, rated partition head and base conditions, deflection tracks and furring at existing walls, each tagged on plan and detailed on the detail sheet.
Weld and connection details
AWS D1.1 weld symbols with joint type, leg size, pitch and electrode, plus a symbol legend and the note that structural connections need the engineer of record.
2D and 3D from one model
The 3D model is extruded from the same footprint and ceiling heights as the plans, so the axonometric, the interior views and the sheets never disagree.
VR walk-through
Walk the space in a browser before demolition starts, with measurement hotspots at the walls, ceiling and entry door. Share the link with your client or open it in a headset.
